General Shipping Policy
During normal business operations, MAIDESITE Desk orders ship the same business day if ordered by 1:00 PM Central Time. Shipments usually deliver within 3-5 business days.
Current lead times are posted for both the primary item on any page, as well as any individual options and accessories which could have different lead times. If you chose to order a backordered item, option, or accessory, please check your email for updates to your order.
Shipping is free for the contiguous 48 United States. For other destinations, your shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
We will send you an email with the tracking number as soon as your order ships which you can use to track your shipment. If your tracking number doesn't provide results, please wait a few hours for the shipping carrier to update the status and then check again
Depending on inventory availability, your order may ship in multiple packages and on different days. We strive to ensure that your order will arrive complete and at the same time, but some accessories may ship separate from the desk
Contact us if you would like to provide personalized delivery instructions, choose delivery times and dates, or hold/redirect packages.
Most orders ship via FedEx Ground, however very large items or bulk orders will ship via a Freight Carrier. Very small items usually ship via United States Postal Service (UPS)
Shipping Outside the Contiguous United States
MAIDESITE Desk can ship to many locations in the world. However, if shipping outside of the lower 48 states a quote will be required. Please allow 24-48 hours for our team to find the best rate for you.
Customs, duties, and taxes will be your responsibility and will be charged when your shipment reaches customs. We have no way of providing an estimate of these fees as they vary by country.
IMPORTANT: Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery
While shipping damage and/or missing items are unlikely, if discovered, MAIDESITE Desk must notify the carrier within 3-5 business days.
In the event you notice water damage, creases, tears, or any damage to the product itself, please take the following actions as soon as possible:
- Note any damage and/or missing items on the delivery receipt at the time of signature.
- DO NOT throw away your packaging.
- Take detailed photos/videos of damaged items and packaging.
